The Legal Studio together with Saint-Petersburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry held a seminar “Peculiarities of international contracts: how to protect one's own interests”.

A seminar devoted to the legal aspects of doing business in foreign markets was held May 24, 2012 in Courtyard by Marriott St. Petersburg Vasilievsky Hotel.

At the seminar discussed the following issues:

  1. Specifics of the international contract content.
  2. Basic delivery conditions (Incoterms – 2010).
  3. Peculiarities of transactions with non-resident (offshore) companies.
  4. Currency regulation.
  5. Taxation of transactions within the framework of VED (foreign economic activity).
