Since 2014, all companies are required to conduct a special evaluation within 12 months from the date of commissioning of new jobs. In this letter, the Ministry of Labor explained that this concept includes moving to a new office. The requirements apply to all employers, except for those who hire distance workers, as well as those who hire hired employees as an individual who is not an individual entrepreneur. The list of grounds for conducting an unplanned special assessment of working conditions is contained in Article 17 of Federal Law No. 426-FZ of December 28, 2013, "On the Special Assessment of Working Conditions."
